Trend: 1970s Colors and Disco Fun
Disco may have died a few decades ago but its children–strong and bold 1970s colors and glittery disco hints–pop up every now and then and remind us to infuse a little fever into our lives as well as appreciate avocado as a color more. It looks like the 1970s trend this time around is focusing more on the decadence and luxury of the 1970s and not the less-stylish side. At least, that’s what it looks like in the fashion world right now.
We’ve certainly spotted these 1970s colors in interiors before, and Apartment Therapy once rounded up a bunch of photos of clever folks who were able to incorporate disco balls into their homes without it looking like Studio 64. It certainly seems possible and probable, but we’d love to know:
